PRE-PARTNERSHIP
September 2017
In the consulting industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. We work hard to make sure our clients reach their goals by providing them with the guidance and tools to make strategic plans for the future. For this project, we have our nurse consultant helped our client define the ideal outcome for the situation as soon as nursing home acquisition, and throughout strategic planning we were able to achieve a great end result. The facility transition included a focus review and assistant with survey making new ownership less stressful after passing it with great results.
INTERNAL REORGANIZATION

With this project, we helped our client identify their mission specify their goals. We then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them succeed in the long run. Challenged by several high scope and severity from recent a recent survey, our company provided support and clinical assistance as well as nursing consulting services . It was a hit; both the client and our organization were extremely satisfied with the end result and went on to collaborate on more projects together.
