The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Refunds
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sol on our Site as follows:

If cancellation is made up to five business days before the course, your registration fee will be refunded less a $10.00 enrollment charge. If cancellation is received in less than five business days before the course, you may receive a credit memo for another course of equal value. All requests for cancellation and/or credit memo must be made in writing. If a course cannot be held for any reasons beyond the control of Synergy Healthcare Resources and Solutions Group (e.g. natural disaster), the course will be rescheduled; registrant will get free admission to the rescheduled course but no refund. Synergy Healthcare Resources and Solutions Group reserves the right to make program changes when necessary or to cancel any course based on enrollment. Upon cancellation of a course by Synergy Healthcare Resources and Solutions Group, registrants will receive a full refund.
Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, theses Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Synergy Healthcare Resources and Solutions Group and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
